About East Lothian a district that has a coastline on the east coast of Scotland that extends from Musselburgh to Thorntonlock over 33 miles (50 + klm) with many golden sand beaches, championship Golf courses, campsites, caravan parks, Hotels, bed and breakfast accommodation, cottages and farmhouses and large group accommodation to rent.  With great bus and  train services that links East Lothian to Edinburgh.

The History has links to Kings Queens Battles, Romans and Iron age settlements.

Also there has been many famous people born in East Lothian that have become world famous.
